Vegetarian Paneer Fajita

International Vegetarian Main Course Special
Mexican Cuisine
Vegetarian Paneer Fajita
Serves 2

Cottage Cheese (Paneer)- 200 Grams (Usually 1 Packet), Cut into 1 Inch Cubes
Salt- To Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves- 1- ½ Tbsp.


Cut all the Vegetables in Thick Slices & Keep Aside


It took us a little longer than expected to find the Right Ingredients in Chennai for this Recipe & Mexican Cuisine in General
To make sure we got the Accurate & Fresh Stock (most was either Expired or just not available!), we had to frequent many stores across the Town like Brown tree, Nuts & Spices, Nilgiri’s
We tried to make this for the First time & thank God it turned out Yumm!
Guess this Recipe could make someone like my Sister take a look & like as well :)!!
