Sugarfree Chocolate Plum Cake

International Cake Special 
Sugarfree Chocolate Plum Cake


Sugarfree- 100 Grams
Butter- 100 Grams

Eggs- 2
Honey- 25 Grams
Chocolate- 100 Grams
Flour-125 Grams
Dry Fruits & Nuts (Almonds, Apricots, Figs)- 350 Grams

In a Large Bowl, Whisk Sugarfree & Butter till Creamy
Add Eggs & Whisk till Smooth
Add the Honey, Melted Chocolate in the Batter while Whisking simultaneously

Add Flour & Mix with Ladle while Folding the Flour in the Batter
Add the Nuts & Dry Fruits & Fold them in as well
Pour in a Round Cake Tin & Bake at 170 Degrees C for about 35 Minutes
Check if done
Serve Fresh with any Seasonal Fruit like Custard Apple Creme (optional)

For Custard Apple Creme:
De seed the Custard Apple, remove the Pulp, add Cream & Blend it into a Smooth Paste
