International Baked Delights Special
All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 2- ½ Cups
Castor Superfine Sugar- 1 Cup
Baking Powder- 1 Tsp.
Vegetable Oil- ½ Cup
Milk- ½ Cup
Pure Vanilla Extract- 1 Tsp.
Frozen Blueberries- 300 grams/2-1/2 Ounces
Preheat Oven to 180C
Combine all the Dry Ingredients (Sift All Purpose Flour, Superfine Castor Sugar, Baking Powder)
In another Bowl, Combine all the Wet Ingredients (Vegetable Oil, Milk, Vanilla Extract, and Egg) & Whisk
Add these Wet Ingredients in the Middle of Dry Ingredients & Combine Well
Add the Frozen Blueberries straight into this Mixture & Mix Well
Line the Muffin Tin with Paper Patty Cases or Grease the Baking Tin with Butter
Fill the Muffin Mixture till the 3/4th of each Paper Case
Sprinkle Granulated Sugar on the Muffin Top before keeping to Bake
Keep to bake in the Preheated Oven for about 30-35 Minutes till Golden Brown & Puffed Check till the Center Springs back when pressed with Knife

Another optional Main Ingredient to be used instead of Blueberries is Chopped Mango especially for summer
There is another Grandmother Tip to Combine the Baking Batter by adding all the Wet Ingredients in the Center Portion of the Dry Ingredients
